Ive been having problems in my sleep. I have situations where I am awake in the state where i am falling asleep. it feels like im free falling and I hear voices in head, but they are to distorted to understand. ALSO i have moments where I become aware that I am in a dream and I try to keep calm but what ends up happing is me thinking of all my fears. I usualy try to force my self to wake up and i wake up into sleep paralysis (a state where the mind is awake but the body is still alseep and unable to move)

Am I going crazy? should I seek help?

sounds like lucid dreaming to me or a trance state

You are not going crazy, just take time to learn how to control thows kinds of dreams. Who knows you might even have fun once you can control them.

You are not crazy, if you feel that you need help, ask for it.

I don't remember the name of that, but I think you should talk it with your Doctor and your parents.

I think this is a form of lucid dreaming. If it gets to the point where you do wake up in sleep paralisis often, im sure there is medication to prevent this. When you lucid dream don't be scared, think happy thoughts and remember it's just a dream.

If you are comfortable with telling an adult or a doctor and just talking about it, that's what I recommend. Good luck!!

Maybe see a doctor. But try to control them first. Seems like a trance state to me.

You aren't going crazy. Talk to your parents about it and tell them you'd like to see your doctor. Don't ever feel too awkward to tell your doctor anything.

The other day in health we learned about Exploding Head syndrome, your symptoms match that of EHS

You're not going crazy, you are actually achieving complete meditation without meaning to!:) Basically what happens is that your brain emits signal pulses that reiterate at certain rates. As activity slows, the gap between these waves becomes immeasurably small; I mean as small as 3Hz! Since normal hearing only stretches to 200Hz at its lower bound, you can't hear this happening, but your brain picks up on the change and enters a different state of consciousness. This is called the Theta pulse emission frequency state. Your body enters REM sleep when awake, and some thing that would take another 1000 words to describe.(VM for more info.) As you enter REM, your body releases a chemical to force the entire system into rigormortis, or entire freezing and paralysis of the body. Sometimes, unlucky souls like you will awake early in a dream, and even if you didn't know that you were dreaming, to find yourself frozen in this state. As to the dreams themselves, dreams are distorted reality. You see different worlds, you can see the past, present, and future. Time is nothing, and the brain will configure your dreams in the Theta state to produce the most effective creativity explosion it can. Until you can control the Theta state, try NOT to sleep under bright lights, after watching movies, or seeing violence. As to controlling the Theta state, I'll explain another time.

Best of luck,
