It's more of a personal preference. I don't use lube either. It may just be a case of trying different things. Some people use their own spit, or if you have time andget some pre-cum whilst watching porn or something, you have some "builtin" stuff. Jut don't use anything that has something that could irritate or sting!

I've used Conditioner before (but not Shampoo/Conditioner) to jack with, pretty nice. But if I'm in my bedroom, Spit works fine. Vaseline is too messy, stay away from that. Most of the time I dont use anything at all though.

Using lube is fine, and it tends to make masturbating better for many guys. At very least using lube doesn't make things worse. Uncut guys tend not to need lube unlike cut guys who do use it because they don't have a foreskin to glide around their penis' head. Basically, lube is fine to use, and it won't make things worse for you. It might be worth a try though most uncut guys don't notice a big difference.
Things you can use around the house for lube includes lotions, creams, baby oil, and even Vaseline. Stay away from any sort of soap, hair care product, sun tan lotion, or anything medicated like those squeezable pain medications. Vaseline is pretty messy, and I would use that as your last option because creams and lotions don't make as much mess. You might want to keep a rag around just in case you make a mess because the first time using lube can be messy until you get the hang of knowing how much you need.
If you only have lotion around the house, then use that as lube because that will do the job. As a rule of thumb, if the product is designed to go on your skin and it is not medicated, then it shouldn't irritate your penis. Obviously, use common sense and clean up after yourself after you jack off especially if you produce semen.

Im uncut and have never used lube, i let my foreskin do that job ;) but honestly it would be up to you. I think jerking dry is great. Some things that can be used as lube are water, spit, soap, lotion, etc.

There's basically a couple of good answers - second chance after you asked basically summed it up in terms of any cream that you can put on your skin that doesn't hurt is fine. Iodine, which is used to clean dirt from infected wounds (albiet effective), is an example of something that stings heavily, so I wouldn't use!

That will work fine. On top of that your skin will benefit from the cocoa butter.

Any cream or lotion will not affect your head or any part of your penis. If anything, creams and lotions will actually help you a lot because this time of year skin can get quite dry especially down there. Lotions or creams will not cause you problems because by their very nature they are designed to be put on skin everywhere.
As the person mentioned above, just make sure you are washing up after jacking off especially if you produce semen. Unlike cut guys who can easily clean up, uncut guys have to worry about their foreskin and keeping things clean down there.

I'm uncut and I don't use lube. It feels better with just the foreskin.
