She definitely doesn't seem to like cum, which is understandable as it's not exactly the most enjoyable thing to get on your hands... It also seems like she's a little inexperienced. I agree with the communication part and it sounds like she really dosen't want to be surprized by your orgasm. One thing i'm curious about is why would it be important what a total stranger on this site would do in this situation when everyone is different and it should only matter how your gf feels about this.
