I thought I was bi, but I think I'm actually gay

So after thinking it over for a while, I realized that I might actually be gay instead of bi. I have a super big crush on my guy friend, and it's been about a year since I last had even a small crush on a girl. Is it just hormones, or do you guys think I'm more gay than bi?

Imo, there is no 100 or evenalmos 100% way of telling. I mean honestly, you could be in love with a girl in like 6 years. Hell, I could be in love with a man in 6 years... even though I've never had gay thoughts once in my lifee... inda scary to think about

You might just be gay, many guys in their young teen years believe they are bi before labeling themselves as gay. I consider myself gay because although I could see myself having sex with a woman, I cant imagine being in a relationship with one. So I'd wait a little longer before labeling myself if I were you, give it time and thought. Best of luck!

a year is a pretty long time. maybe back then u thought of girls in that way due to hormones or maybe u were slightly in denial. i don't know though, i've only ever been turned on by guys so i can't relate to this but it seems possible.

I encourage you to not define yourself by the labels of gay, bi, or straight. You are who you are and you like who you like. Don't limit or define yourself by these labels. Your hormones are shifting, your sexuality is fluid, everything's fine. Why label yourself? What good does that do? You clearly know what you like. So enjoy what you like.
