Hey there are you feeling down a depressed well I'm here to tell you that gets better and people who go through the most stress are much stronger. I have been in that spot of being depressed but I talked with my doctor and started my own blog to express myself so here are Holly's Tips.

2. Take a break from your computer
3. Write your thoughts down
4. Draw
5. Talk to a friend
6. Watch a movie
7. Watch your favorite TV Show
