Its all hormones. They flucuate very frequently and cause things like what you described. I wouldnt worry unless it leads to severe depression.

Hormones bud, they hit in waves. You will go up and down all the times. happens to me, i also had a big weekend, the biggest for a longs time, and now i am completely flaccid and don't feel like wanking at all

It happened to me for a week, then after that week I went on a hormonal spree! Moral of the story is that it happens, and you are normal.
