there is a new guy in our neighborhood. he is around 30 and really hot!
everytime hes washing his car with no shirt on, i´m watching him through my window and touch myself.....
i´d really like him to touch my body.. so, what schould i do?

I've been with older guys.... But I agree with the others. unless you know "all" of your neighbors, your local laws, country laws, and even parental laws, its best to just keep fantasizing. You don't want to get him into trouble if someone would find out. And your neighbors are probably like most, your business is their business.
