i go to a gym but onthe days i cant does anyone have any recomendations on what are some good exercises?

If you have a smartphone or a tablet try downloading some workout apps, I use 'Instant Fitness' from the apple store, its free and contains over 600 workouts.

The workouts are grouped by body part and when you click on a workout it shows you how to do it and you can log how much reps you have done on a certain date as well as comparison graphs etc! Its a great value app!

Go check out Mike Chang on YouTube. He has some great workouts.

Just try different combinations of situps, push ups, pull ups and quats. You will get awesome results soon

Pull ups, chin ups, push ups, sit ups will build you a SOLID base. Do them for even only 6 months, eat well and you'll be a beast among your little friends and all the girls will get wet looking at you and live your life as a king.
