i'm so alone

i'm really not good at opening up to people and lately i have been feeling really sad, crying most nights. i told my closest friends that i was feeling like this and that was really really hard for me to do and they said they didn't know what to say to make me feel better. i felt so alone. i had just got the courage to confess how i felt and then they say they can't help and ask someone else. they are my best friends i have no one else to turn to i feel so alone and what do i do? i just want someone to care, someone to notice, just someone to make me feel better but no as always i remain alone and i can't take it anymore.

I know how you feel, hun. Telling people IS incredibly hard, and some people can help but most of the time, you get the reaction that you got. You can always try talking to a parent or an adult you trust, maybe a teacher or councelor? But if you want to talk to me, you can send me a PM and I'll listen and try to help you. You aren't alone. thank you. it's really nice to know that there's someone who cares enough to listen. there isn't really anyone i feel comfortable telling especially not an adult.

If you dont feel like reaching out to an adult you can use this forum to vent a little any time you want. Someone always cares but there has to be someone to speak at first.
