I Had A Seizure At Work Today...

Yeah, all I remember is taking someones order, and then waking up in a booth with my parents, my boss, and 3 cops. I do have a history of seizures. I had 2 in 7th grade. I just recently got taken off seizure meds, and guess what? I had one!

Why did you go off the meds? Are you planning on going back on them? That sucks though. :(

Glad you had people around who could help you. I'd view it as an opportunity to fine tune the meds....sounds like it's very controllable with correct medication.

So many people feel that they shouldn't need meds; that the body has repaired itself and can function normally in-aided. Sometimes the case; often not. Just be glad that you're safe and whole.....and that meds exist that can help you.

Really sorry to hear that. My sister had them when we were young. Did your meds have side-effect that made you want to stop or didn't they think you needed them. So glad you aren't hurt.

Well the last one I had was in 2011, so I had been off them for quite some time. I am now taking Kepra again.
