What is the difference between liking someone more than friends and loving someone?
It has always confused me and I want to know if there is a difference.

Well there is a "crush" which is usually all physical and just an infatuation. But real love (and I'm not talking soppy highschool love) is where you love someone not just for the way they look, but for who they are. You would do anything for them, even to the extent of giving your own life. (I know I'm being extreme but I just want to paint a picture for you). That my friend, is the difference. I hope that helped. (And made sense lol)

There is a wide range when your talking about how you feel for or about someone, everything from being fond of a person and being in love. sometimes people confuse love with lust or infactuation. To answer your question yes there is a difference between the two. If you like someone more than a friend it means you want to explore a relationship with this person and see where it goes. If you love someone you experience the strange feeling that your life would be totally empty without that person and You include that person in all your plans to the point he or she is totally integrated into each others lives.

Love is different for everyone, but I'd say love is knowing you can't live without them (shrug)

Love is understanding that you could live without that person, but knowing that every second of it would suck.
