But you might suddenly decide one day that you want to do more than that. So it might be best to go on the pill, or if not make 100% sure that one of you has some kind of protection.
Some of my friends say that going on the pill can help your periods if they're very heavy, but I don't know much about that.

If you're not doing anything that involves him ejaculating near your genitals and you don't need them for other medical reasons, there's no reason to go on the pill. It would waste your money. If you suddenly decide to have penetrative sex one day, use a condom and organized birth control later.

It's better to be ready when the time comes than being unprepared. Also I like the pill because it keeps my cycle regular and relieves cramps.

Lucky you, I never had cramps at all until I went on the pill.
I don't think it's necessary to go on it. As someone else said, it's a waste of money. When you start thinking you might be ready soon, then you should go on it.

he took his shorts down during us making out and it sprayed my undies. thats maybe possibly impregnating me?

Here's some good advice - It's better safe than sorry. I mean, who's to say you don't get raped (god forbid) some time? The Pill will stop that rape from becoming a pregnancy you'll regret.
I'm on the pill and though I have sex (with my loving fiancé regularly), I'm still happy with the knowledge that I know I'm being safe and I can have children when my partner and I are ready :)

there is no point being on the pill if you dont want to have sex yet.
You suck him ? that's cool, but you wont get pregnant that way lol ;)

it's a personal choice if you go on the pill and have no need for bc or other reasons related to your cycle. The excuse of going on the pill just in case so your protected isn't a valid point unless you already expect your relationship is headed for sex. A girl I know went on the pill becuse her mom thought it was a good idea using the just in case to justify it and in the end she ended up having sex and regretting not only the sex but being on the pill. The way she put it was if she hadn't been on the pill, she wouldn't have had that momentary lasp of judgement in the heat of things. You say you want to remain a virgin for the time being so my advise is wait till you actually have made a choice before going on the pill.

I guess if you restrict yourselves to petting there is no need to take additional crap and stress your system. Pill is good for blocking unwanted pregnancy but otherwise it really is not healthy. Your body was engineered pretty good, trust me and if you don't absolutely need pill, do not take it. Even a condom is protection good enough.
