It's a theoretical question, as the title says, what would you do if your friend came out as transgender, AND wanted to start transitioning?

To be transgender means the feel they are the opposite gender than they were assigned to at birth (e.g a girl who feels like a boy, or a boy who feels like a girl).

Transition means "changing" into the other gender, now this doesn't nessisarily mean starting hormones, or having surgery, at our age, it will just be just changing their name, dressing differently etc.

P.s. No political debates plz and thanx.

I would do my best to support them as best as I could. I'd reassure them that they could confide in me and come to me if they needed support and that I accept regardless.

I'd also be tactile in not asking too many personal questions, if a major step for somebody to take so it's there business what they share and others should respect that.

I would definitely try to learn more about it (seeing that I don't know enough about it) and try to help them the best I could. I would be there every step. Do whatever they need to make the transition easier for them.

It's not always opposite gender it's sometimes in-between or neither :P.

Being someone who calls themselves transgender, and sort've kind of can present that way, I'd support them 100% no doubt lol. I know what it's like and how it can be.
