The only pill I take when I'm going to work out is Creatine. Before and after workout I take a dose. But also before a workout I eat pasta or something for the carbs and everything. All makes for a good workout. If you're going to take creatine, make sure you DRINK WATER. Creatine pulls water from your body so you need to drink more water than usual.

Creatine/ Protein/ Amino acids are all you need. Pre-workouts can work but are far from necessary, and will not provide noticeable increases in size or strength not to mention they frequently contain less-than-desirable substances.

I would take this supp for vascularity only cause that's what NO does

Vascularity will come when you lower your bodyfat, I personally like pre workout supps but I do know they can sometimes not be the best thing for you. You could get better one very well known pre workout with NO is superpump although they have discontinued the 250 they still sell the max, that is one of my personal favourites because there is no crash for me after it.
Many of the lesser known brands are all the same so if i were you I'd go for the best value
Edit: forgot to add DY nox pump is also a personal favourite and definitely increases vascularity

Yep
I prefer Whey protein as Creatine can be dangerous if you're younger if you accidentally have too much.
OP, supplements which are not protein aren't needed. They won't really help at all.

True, creatine has the potential to be dangerous however when used correctly it doesn't do any harm.
Is it needed? no
Do i take it? no
But, I think some people can still benefit from it and at the least are not hurting themselves if they do not. Plus it is very cheap so they aren't wasting money.

Well technically protein supps like whey aren't needed either.
