I Know how to program these but i was woundering if anyone else programs too and would like to help out please let me know ill give more details once ik others can program those lol

SSL - do you mean SSI (server side includes)?
I think there are a bunch of people on this forum who are familiar with those, if you have a question just ask away

You don't really "program" HTML and XHTML, you just write it as a way of displaying elements, it doesn't involve solving problems which is what programming does. It's quite easy to learn HTML, it's just remembering tags pretty much. SSL I'm pretty sure that's not a language, but more a type of security used between clients.

XHTML is basically HTML, with a bit more specifications and features. See the relevant documentation (http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/)(but only if you have a dire case of insomnia that needs curing) for more details, especially Sections 1.0-1.2, and Sections 4.0-4.12.
