considering that weed isn't physically addicting & three times a week isn't really a lot, it shouldn't be that hard to quit if you really want to. think about meth and heroin addicts who have to deal with horrible withdrawal, pain and mental anguish as a result of going cold turkey.
if your surrounded by people who constantly smoke than it would be best for you to refuse any bud and to tell them that you quit, or to hang out with a different crowd.
all it takes a bit of willpower

it is harder to stop at a younger age because usually teens feel more dependent on the substances they are doing and because the brain is still growing, it makes you feel like you need it when you really don't.
my only advice on how to stop is either one, stop hanging around people when they are doing it or two, if it is your own pot, give it to someone else.
don't let it get to the point where you need to go to rehab for it.

good point.
i should also add that making a habit of anything makes it much more difficult to stop, ex. smoking at a certain time daily or following any pattern consistently, since you eventually become (psychologically) dependant on that regular drug fix.
so a good way to quit could be by slowly breaking off your smoking schedule. take a day off every week or two until your left without any more smoking days.

Weed isn't a good thing to become addicted to. If you can't go cold turkey, just try and cut down more and more each session until you've quit.

Well you've done the first step already, you want to quit,
so the next step is to cut down, like next week instead of 3 times a week 2 times a week, then the week after once a week and then after that stop and see how long you can last.

Some of my friends are getting into weed now too. One has quit but the other just can't. From what I know it isnt like really really addictive. Its just a habit, and it makes you feel better. You just need to take initiative and stop. If someone offers you it just dont accept it. Thats the best thing you can do if you really want to stop

use a bit of will power. i know, probably easier said then done, but everytime you go to use it, remember how damaging the habit can be for you.

Chew some gum, use self restraint, focus on other things.
How are you getting the money to fund you're habit?
Mabye if you couldn't you wouldn't have this problem
