ok well when my penis is limp it will get bigger and smaller like at on point in the day it will be say 1 inch and the next it will be 3 inches but still not a boner

Yeah, that happens to me all the time. Its totally normal.

Yep its normal. Usually when the temperature is cooler they shrink but when its warmer, its bigger. It happens to every guy.
