Oh I see what you are trying to say. You can feel your semen ("Sperm" or more commonly know as "cum") coming out but it never leaves the hole at the end of your penis head (Which is called the "urethra").
And now that we know what you're talking about, next time just make sure you pee before you masturbate as your pee is more than happy to kill sperm cells if they get in the way (That sounds bad, but all it means is that you will have no semen coming out).

Also, make sure that when you orgasm and you feel that your semen is coming out, that you're not choking your penis. Like, don't hold it too hard.
