How can I control my eating habits if I want to loose weight. I can't control it.

Me too. I'd like some tips.
I'd like to get a little slimmer.

In fact, right now I have a nice big steaming bowl of fresh rice and fresh grilled fish fillets in the kitchen.
But I think I've already eaten too much today.

Well if you're a person who just snacks on junk when you're bored then that is the first thing you'll need to change. At first switch those snacks to something healthy. I snack almost all day on fruit.
Next start to cut back on the amount that you snack on stuff. For every 21 days you do something exactly the same it will become an automatic habit and you can change your body this way.
Do some working out with this, there is plenty of information all over the web for this stuff so, hope I helped some.

Well all we can do is give you information, but then it's fully up to you to stop it. But you need to eat healthy foods. Eat fruits and veggies! Those are a great start! And also eat lots of nuts. Take out those junky foods! And if you really feel the need, proportion every single meal you eat. So now it's all up to you weather you want to eat healthy or not, it's not up to anyone here except you. Good luck.

If that rice is white rice then that's not really healthy. Brown rice is sooo much healthier.
