So I'm in a program called Technovation. And my group and I are to make an app that will help better our community. We have it all planned out, but the problem we are having is setting up a web database. I've have tried and tried to figure it out but I can't. So I'm wondering if any of you have ever used App Inventor and would know how to help me out. If so then the help would be greatly appreciated!

I've used the App Inventor. It basically runs on the same principle as Scratch, with block by block procedures when an event has occurred. Tell us more about your app and what you plan to do as many features may only be programmed in a Java environment rather than in the App Inventor. The Hello Purr (http://appinventor.mit.edu/teach/curriculum/hello-purr.html)App is a great way to get started.

Yea, I have used Scratch before. Well my app is about reporting things like trash or graffiti, so then others can see where it is on a map. I've done most of the tutorials my teacher has given us. The problem I'm having is setting up a web data base.
