Personally I think the Chronicles of Narnia are horrible, and any analysis of them will inevitably come back to the whole Aslan is Jesus thing.
In fact, I dare you to find a topic that is both a deep analysis of the series, but also manages to look at it through some lens other than the whole "Let's look at this series as a work of Christian fiction" thing.
Or you could do what every other kid is going to do, dood, and analyze all the ways Aslan is like Jesus.

My teacher was saying that more controversial papers are better, maybe, I should say CS lewis was a closet atheist and that the chronicles are a subtle satires??, I know what you mean about the christian theme,

You would need some reason to make that claim, though.

Well, if you don't want to do that, how bout the war. I've only read one book, and then seen two other movies of it, so I don't know a whole lot of it, but it seems like every time there is a war. When the kids go into Narnia they again go at war. Maybe write a paper about the irony of the war theme in the books. And discuss many ways of different wars in the books. I feel like each one has so many different types of wars it would be a good 4 paper essay.
