Clothes around house

Hey guys, when you are at home and your family is home, what do you wear and what are you comfortable wearing around them even if you wear other stuff around them?

I have one sister plus my mom and dad. I am really uncomfortable wearing just underwear or even going shirtless. I wanna be comfortable with it because a lot of my friends go around the house in just underwear or shirtless.

Any ideas on how I could be more comfortable at least going shirtless but maybe underwear only too?

Btw, I have a fairly decent body. Not much fat, but a little. No abs showing but I am under average weight (I think)..

usually jeans or shorts and a tshirt. if i am home alone or outside or with some friends than usually the same but shirtless.

It just depends. Usually I'm in a tee and shorts/sweats in the house when everyone is home. I usually only go shirtless if my stepdad is home and we absolutely don't get along, so he gets jealous that I have a body and tattoos while he's lazy and overweight. Then when no one is home I may be in underwear or nothing.

Oh and I'm not really sure how to make yourself more comfy with it. I guess just start easing into it.

I and my brothers just chill in boxers and T shirt usually -

So apart from considering others in the house you could try say just wearing say sports shorts and T shirt - gradually then working to what you want
and being more comfortable as you wish to be.

If schedule allows like whose is home when you could maybe even start with just when your Dad or other is home with you.

But its cool just work away and feel comfortable.

For me, usually boxers or boxerbriefs. No shirt especially in the summer. When outside in summer, never a shirt. They going shirtless a little at a time. Get used to that and then add a little more time. When that works start trying just underwear.
