I have a bmi of 18.8 and everyone says I'm skinny but I think I'm fat.what's wrong with me?!

do not look negatively upon it. "what's wrong with me?" is the wrong attitude as nothing is wrong with you. Review your daily diet and do not eat too much of junk foods. have a balanced diet and compare your diet to a food pyramid if you are in doubt. Another key factor if you want to change things is the amount of excercise you do per day and how much you are doing to keep your heat healthy also. do not be ashamed and instead be driven to make changes! good luck!

It's fairly common to be unconfident about your body; however, you need to recognize that whether you're thin (which it sounds like you are) or not, you're beautiful. The shape of your body isn't what matters. The important thing is that you're eating enough, not too much, and healthily and exercising. That'll keep your body in good condition and you'll naturally achieve a healthy weight for your body.

A bmi of 18.8 is a perfectly healthy weight. You're not fat, and you shouldn't concentrate on how your body looks. Everyone is beautiful, no matter fat, thin, or in-between. What matters is that you're confident with yourself, and that you realize that you are special.

that sounds like a perfect BMI to me
I wish my BMI was that low
don't let others bring you down. your perfect
if others call you fat don't listen
they're just secretly jealous cause your probably pretty while they're not so much
just be happy with whoever you are and don't lower your self esteem to make them others happy
