I just shaved today. And each time I do, the skin around my dick is like gooseflesh, and my balls never hang, they always stay up there. Also, why does my penis look so narrow and skinny after shaving?

You are seeing the normal look of your penis. And your balls are wanting heat that the hair once provided. It is getting your body heat. Just wait until the hair starts to grow back. It will itch!!! I like the cleanly feel but it comes at a price.
