So I'm having a bit of difficulties with the shipping and a few questions. A few weeks ago I pushed the ship now button on the custom kit package and my package just arrived, I've changed my order information like the frequency and the contents of my kit. And I'm worried that they will ship my old kit that I had made. On my receipt it said that my next package will ship on the 28th of this march but I never had it set to that date. If I change the frequency now will that date change? Or since it said on the receipt the next shipping date I cannot change it so fast? So if I just changed the contents of my custom kit, will this new custom kit be shipped by the 28th or would it be my old one?

Also I just added the Proactiv wipes and I was wondering if the $10 for 75 wipes was a good deal? Are the wipes used when you cannot wash your face (due to time or due to the fact you dint have the needed supllies like water or the system itself) like a replacement for using the 3 step system?

This is a very tricky question that I had trouble following. I think you need to leave this one to the professionals and email Proactive themselves to get an answer.

The wipes aren't really a good deal. I've used them before and there the same as the regular "acne cleansers" you'd find at walmart for 4$.

Call their customer service people. They should help you. I don't like the wipes. Maybe it's just me, though.
