Well you had a pretty good explaination of an orgasm yourself right there. But I don't know why you feel it in your back. Like I feel it in my penis and THEN it rushes out to the rest of my body. Usually you WILL KNOW when you've had an orgasm because it feels that good. Only you can know for sure unfortunately.
