So who watches this show?! I love this show because it's so inspirational for them to go undercover and see what it's like to work for themselves actually and make changes. And of course change the lives of some people.

I used to watch this show all the time when it was on TV here! I loved it! It got me very emotional sometimes. :P But it has been taken off the air since then and I haven't seen it on other channels, though I'm sure they still play it sometime.

I liked it whenever I watched it, and since I'm a cruise nut, I loved the one with Norwegian Cruise Line's Kevin Sheehan.

I find it quite funny how most people dont realise it is them, and the out come is always a good point that happens. Personally I think that bosses should take time out every month or two to see how their employees work so they know how to improve the company

I think this is such an awesome show. It's amazing that CEOs from different companies around the country are able to step out of their office and appreciate the effort and time that hardworking employees in today's economy pour into their jobs to make such great products, services, etc. I love the show and watch whenever I can.
