Feeling Guilty

After I jerk off I usually feel guilty afterwards. Like I've done sometime wrong or doing something I shouldn't be. However an hour or two later I'm not feeling guilty. First question is why do I feel lime this? Second question is how I can stop myself from feeling guilty. Last question is anyone else have this feeling and is it normal? It is pretty normal. I think it's because of all the religious hype people are creating. What you can do is just know that it's totally normal and that there's nothing wrong with masturbation

I used to be just like that. When I first started I was the exact same way. Over time, I realized what do I have to feel guilty about. It is perfectly normal, and everyone does it. Hope this helps!

yeah it is normal, it used tto happen to me all the time... part of it is the refractory period, where guys lose their boner and lose interest in sex and just arent horny after they cum because of hormonal changes... a lot of it is due to misunderstandings about jerking off, sometimes boys think it is dirty or wrong to do it... i know when i first started jerking i didnt really know what i was doing and i felt kinda guilty because i thought i was some kind of freak that was having sex with himself.

I know exactly how you feel, and I was the same way when I first started jacking off. My guess is that the reason you feel guilty is because you feel you are doing something adult or forbidden. A lot of times sexuality is made to look dirty, and it is only natural that anyone would feel bad doing anything sexual thinking they were being a deviant. There might be religious reasons, too, why you feel guilty, but in the end of the day everything has to do with your probably feeling like you are doing something that is wrong.

The way you don't feel guilty is to remember that masturbating is totally normal, and there is nothing wrong with it. It is far better to jack off a bunch of times a day than getting someone pregnant, contracting a STD, or loosing your virginity to someone who is a jerk. Masturbating is normal, and as long as it is not preventing you from doing what you're supposed to do, then you're fine. Especially with all the testosterone during puberty in guys a guy has to jack off to deal with all the sexual feelings. Masturbating is normal and fine, and it is a part of growing up.

Yeah, totally normal...it is the deal nature makes sure we aren't crazy about sex ALL the time...you will grow out of it...just know we all go through it, but I don't feel any guilt anymore...it's just sex...everyone does it!
