I have noticed that recently, I have been changing emotions REALLY fast. It is kind of embarrassing too because I am a 14 year old male and will start crying (because of a reason) and then just feel better minutes later! Is this an effect of puberty? or is this just my personality? Thanks :) (I like these smilies::P)

Sounds like a mix of both. I am that same way sometimes. Whenever I cry(When I havea reason to) I always feel better a few minutes later. I think Its that way for a lot of people.

Some people do have emotions that are easy to trigger like crying. But after crying it makes them feel much better.

thanks so much. That makes a lot of sense. So I guess that some people do not even cry???

That's right. Some people feel like they want to cry, but simply can't. Others just don't get upset enough to cry.

I'm the same as you.
And I get pain easily - my capilaries practically explode when you hit me
So the amount of times I've cried in school...*doesn't bother counting*

Hormones. The other day I was thinking I was gonna be late for school and I couldn't find my english book, I was fighting the tears back from stress and I got to school and nearly collapsed from happiness. Like I said, hormones.

Yeah that's me. I remember crying twice in my life and both times were after extremely traumatic experiences and lasted maybe five minutes. Everyone's different in their emotions and puberty just makes it that much more crazy.
