Also, what's the difference between zit, pimple, and acne?
Personally, I think it's moderate-severe, but I know that's me being a bit of a drama queen about it. I tend to over exaggerate things.

Acne is the umbrella term for the condition
Pimple and Zit can be seen to be the same thing, although I'd say they're more of a white head (where the pore is slightly bigger and has allowed sebum to come out).
A black head being a smaller pore, e.g. on the nose, where the light can't get in making it appear black

I have pretty bad acne. It seems to be clearing up a bit now though, been using proactive. It'll be nice in a year or two when it's all gone and all my friends will still be dealing with it.

My acne used to be pretty bad, but I have some antibiotics and prescription acne creams, so it's under control now. Most of my family had bad acne as teenagers, so I was sort of expecting it.

I had mine under control for the most part, but my prescription acne cream ran out, and I refuse to go see my quack of a acne doctor, so I'm gonna Proactiv a try.

I'd say I have moderate acne

I wash my face with moisturizing soap and then put benzoyl-peroxide gel on and let it dry.
Twice a day.
I have little to no acne usually. Sometimes I have a little Breakout.

I only breakout when i use makeup. So once a year for drama performance. Then it goes away after a few days

Mild. I only get black heads and the occasional pimple or tiny spot of them on my forehead. Before this past summer I almost never had any acne. I seem to break out more when I don't wear makeup for some reason.

Mine's moderate because of some meds I take. I use Proactiv and it keeps them at bay, though.
