Its a natural process and there is nothing you can do about it. Embrace it. Its there to stay and is apart of you, so you should start accepting it.

No don't freak out. There's no reason to feel that way. Its a sign you're growing up and is a very good thing.

Listen to me, you shouldn't feel any anxiety for starting early. Its really not that bad, honestly. I am 18 and I made it out alive. :P
