If you were in a post apocalyptic society and all of the people that you were traveling with are uncircumcised, or at least one is, and you had a vague idea of how to circumcise a person. so the scenario is
1)a)you are circumcised
1)b)you are uncircumcised
2)a)you know how to perform it on a other person and they need it, like it is life and death
2)b)you dont know how to but you have an idea of how to do it and would if necessary, it is still life and death
3)the apocalypse is a highly contagious disease that is transferred from person to person buy blood borne pathogens, so like a zombie apocalypse.
4)would you make circumcision a necessary thing
a)at birth
b)at a certain age, like 13 as a coming of age, and present them like a gun or something?
i would circumcise them, then everyone else and make it a coming of age ritual at age 13(for everyone else and all children(male)), then they get a gun and a knife that is their own, and training to use that gun. as well as full rights as an adult of the community
