I have never ever had a problem with weight. I'm a little over normal for my age group right now. I'm not fat but I'm not skinny either. I have the most blubber on my chest and abdominal area. I'm not trying to ask for advice but I really need to loose weight. I don't like being self-conscience about my weight. :(

I'm thinking it's because of puberty but also my lack of exercise.

Well your going to gain weight and muscles during puberty. Going for a run or walk every day and maybe not eating junk food will help lose weight. Walking helps me lose weight but it takes time. Best of luck! :)

Eat right and just do a little exercise each day to start

If you feel you are getting close to being on the heavy side, then doing exercise is your best bet. Depending on where you live, you can do stuff outdoors or indoors. Riding a bike, lifting weights, running, getting on a sports team, and walking are all good ways to control your weight. Also, watching what you eat by staying away from junk food, soda pop, and fast food all will help you a lot with watching your weight.

Changing your diet and light weight training is a good way to lose weight and the extra muscle mass helps you keep the fat off and some cardio training to help keep you fit

If you're not asking for advice, why post this??

If it's only a little fat just do some light cardio, and healthy diet, go for about 15 - 20 minute jog a day for a week or two and it should be gone. Also eat the right food and between 1000 to 1500 calories a day when cutting.
