Hey guys/girls - I think it'd be interesting to compare everybody's' weekly sport/fitness regimes. Don't be embarrassed, post if you don't do any exercise - and why. I personally believe you should try to push yourself in sports even if you aren't good at them - pick sports that you genuinely enjoy so that you are willing to improve. Nobody is naturally talented, so give it a go!
Anyway, here is my weekly regime:
In the Winter:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Morning: 15 press-ups as soon as I'm out of bed.
Lunch time: Cross-country running, run 3km.
Afternoon: Train with Army Cadets, fitness regimes with packs and firearms.
Evening: Before Homework, 15 press-ups
After Homework: Run around the block a few times.
Before bed, 15 press-ups, 45 sit ups.
(On a Friday morning, my 3 school periods are Rugby Training)
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Morning: 15 Press ups as soon as out of bed.
After lunch: 1.5 hours of rugby practice.
After Homework: Run around the block and pushups/sit ups.
In the Spring and summer, 'Rugby' is changed to Hockey and Cricket/Track+Field
So hope you guys are willing to share, it'd be great to see the different amount of sport schools encourage and if individuals feel they have the opportunity to train and perform.

I do this every day and it works. It's challenging because it fatigues you quickly and it's a great workout especially for someone without equipment.
3 Mile Run
Do each for 1 minute with as many reps as possible
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Triceps dips
Leg lifts
Calf raises

This usually takes about 50 minutes total. I also do weightlifting on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. And I play football, volleyball, and I am a boxer.
