I agree with everyone else that it is fine as long as you don't have a STD or some sort of infection down there. As long as you are clean down there, then you're fine.

Just to warn you, for a lot of guys cum has a pretty strong taste and after taste which means that don't go crazy on eating a lot of cum if it is your first time.
