Me and my friends are all 14. I dont think i am gay but sometimes i imagine what sex with some of my friends (boys). Would be like. I like almost every girl in my year but it sometimes pops into my head when i am around my friends.

it's just normal curiosity. I wouldn't worry about gender roles and sexuality and all that. Just be wise and don't be in a hurry to box yourself into anything now.

As mentioned, you're just curious. You're only 14, so your hormones are raging, and that causes you to be very horny, and just about everything sexual would cause you to be aroused.
It's just puberty and hormones causing this, everything's normal. :)
