I'm on nothing that a doctor would ever prescribe. Healthy food, sunshine, and plenty of vitamins and minerals. That's the real thing doctors should try first.

in agree with dfsg. There may be some things that can only be helped by medecine, but i think most metal disorders can be helped/prevented by just basically getting outside and running around with friends while having a healthy diet, learning lots and being involved with artistic things such as drawing or music. basically HAVE FUN!

Friends??? What friends?

I'm taking Wellbutrin XL 150 mg and risporil(sp?) or something like that for sleeping.
