Is it normal to be attracted to older women? i find myself "flirting" with my teachers and some of my friends moms... i know theres no chance and i dont try for more just cant help but flirt..

Don't think it does any harm, people may judge you for it, but if they don't mind you doing it, I think it's just some innocent fun, but that's just me

There is no harm in liking older women, and you're fine.
As for flirting, I would not do so especially with your teachers and mother's friends because that can create an awkward situation. In your teacher's case, she could get into trouble if anyone even thinks she is responding to your flirts. As for your mum's friends, assuming that at least some of them are married or in relationships, that is kind of insulting their partners when you hit on someone that is taken.
I would wait until your 18 before considering doing anything with anyone older, and just be careful who you flirt with because it might lead to something bad if you do it with the wrong person.
