I don't really like normal eggs, but if I have them, it's scrambled with cheese.

I eat liquid eggs though, and I'll basically just poor the egg into the pan and cook it as if I was cooking an egg over easy, and then put it in a pita.

Cooked over medium for an omelet, or scrambled, served with Monterey Jack cheese, diced chive, red bell pepper, and bacon on the side :)

otherwise, i like to mix them into rice or stirfries
or as omelets with lots of yummy veggies
