Just because you're related doesn't mean you'll be the same size. Some people like me are bigger than their older brothers. It's all luck of the draw. 5 inches is almost average he's probably just hung like a horse. Don't be self conscious just admire his and be happy with yours

You got to be careful about comparing because everyone is different. Even though you and your brother might look alike in a lot of ways you guys are going to have noticeable differences. Your dick size is fine, and it is totally average. Anyway, you're 16, and you can still potentially grow. It is far better to have a dick that is around your size than a monster one that would be hard to manage especially when it comes to sex.

That's the real way to judge if you're a late bloomer. Penis size can vary a lot from guy to guy, but that doesn't mean that you're a late bloomer.

No reason to compare to your brother, you will end up being a different size than him most likely. Also, 5 inches is fine at 16, you still have 3-4 years to grow as well.
