How you wash it? When you're in the shower. Pull back your foreskin and put body soap on your hand. Then rub your penis and all its crack with the soap. Then rinse. Make sure these is no soap drying on your penis though.

Thrn either one, see your doc about it, or slightly pull your foreskin back ( just enough as you can go, so maybe a millimeter) everyday untill it can go all the way back. If you are going to do the everyday thing, maybe google how to do it so its more specific

As you are able to pull your foreskin back, then you should clean around your head. If you can't retract your foreskin, then don't worry and clean as much around your head as you can.

its quite common for guys who do a lot of sport to get infections because they arent cleaning themselves properly; the sweat and other waste products build up... plus with the moist warm environment down there its an easy place for bacteria to populate.
