ok so people say here that the average adult penis size is 5-7in right? well i am a 5.5 incher, but i hven't grown in a year, and its not exactly a respectable hieght such as 6 or 6 and a half. so could this be it? just wondering. i just turned 14 if that helps

pointing out your age does help. because being only 14 means that its unlikely that you have finished your penis growth. there will probably be some growth left.

yes. although i know someone who is 13 and his growth plates are closed. but there is more to puberty than bones.

Well, your age does help, but the time that you started puberty would be even better :D I'm sure you're not done growing, unless you were a very early starter.[puberty wise]
