I have sent nudes to people online before. I make sure to know them before I do anything careless though. If you're comfortable with it, then sure, but don't include your face in the picture.

Okay, don't send naked pictures to ANYONE. Period. That's it. I mean dude, that's child pornography... highly illegal Even worse you want to send it to some adult you don't know? Do not do it. You could get put all over the internet or worse. As for your second question, you shouldn't get hung up on stuff like that. It's best to just grow away from.

Oh, I thought you were talking about some random wacko on the internet.. I don't know, man. It's still illegal so just know that when he gets that picture, he can do whatever he wants with it.

It's a grey area, if it's strictly between two people who have both agreed to receive/send pictures to each other, then 1st) There's no reason legal action would be taken. 2nd) It's fine in most States.
It becomes illegal if the person distributes it too different people/sites and/or the person unwillingly recieves this content.

Depends on your situation/status? There shouldn't be any difference between sending one to a guy? Are you both bi/gay/whatever?

I don't know what excuses are being given here because you can't justify child pornography, even if someone was in a relationship/lived far away etc.

You should never send pictures of you naked, your genitals or someone elses. Firstly, it is child pornography and secondly, once you have, you have made a copy. If you put something like that on the internet, it WILL NOT COME DOWN. Before you know it, people have made copies and that intimate picture is out there forever. Hell, look at Tulisa Contostavlos, her boyfriend recorded her given oral to him, and the video went worldwide. She had to fess up in a youtube video. Not cool.

If you want to experiment or do anything sexual, you take that shit to real life and that's the end of it, not the internet. It's a dangerous place and you can be exploited easily. Pornography isn't portraying minors under 18 and not only that, a lot of people that come out of pornography say they regret it and can't take down the photos and videos.

Be a man and ask people, don't stalk the web finding pedophiles wanting to see your private parts. They're called private parts for a reason.

That is considered child pornography which is illegal. And they could send the picture around to everyone you know

VikingEddie
March 6th, 2013, 09:58 AM
Don't do it. The minute you hit the send button, you lose control of the images. Even if you trust the recipient, the pictures you send still exists on a server(s) somewhere on the Internet. You have no idea who has access or where it will end up.

I would definitely not send naked pictures of yourself online. Even if this person is your friend now you don't know how you two will be like in the future. People can be funny, and the friend you have today could be the same one that can blackmail you with nudes tomorrow. Never send nudes to anyone especially electronically because you never know if that person could forward those pictures to your entire school. Don't put yourself in a position where someone could embarrass you, and if you absolutely need to get naked with someone, then do it in person with no cameras. (Not that I am encouraging you to have sex).

If you were caught by your brother and cousin, then that is a good enough reason right there not to do stuff like that online. If they don't say anything, then leave it alone. If they bring it up, then admit you made a mistake, and hopefully they will not be douches about it.

I wouldn't suggest posting anything nude over the web, yes it seems very tempting and interesting but I'm just assuming, you'd probably regret it afterwards because you are then at risk of the picture being spread all over the web

I wouldn't ever send a nude of myself to someone I didn't know...only bad things can happen there. I've swapped other nudes online, but not me.

As to your bro and cousin ask them to join u!

I agree, Don't send any pic of yourself. you ever piss that person off who knows where that pic will end up.

Only way I would send one is to a really good friend and my face would not be included.

I have when I was younger. It was stupid and I truly regret it.

It seems great at the moment. But it will end up biting you in the butt. Even possessing a pornographic picture of a kid can send you to jail for a few years.

Wouldn't be keen on sending them unless I really trusted the person, and even then there's the risk that they get out.

Don;t worry about catching your cousin/ brother. It happens

In society law it is illegal to send photos that nude to others because of child pornography. But if the two of you seem fine and truly trust the person just know what your getting yourself into! It could get spread and your reputation can fall apart! Just be careful

Yes it is illegal, totally. The liklyhood of action being taken if you email a pic is agreeably tiny, but nonetheless it is still against the law (in most countries anyway)

Not all nudes are illegal, but, I still wouldn't do it under any circumstances. As far as being caught, I wouldn't worry about it. They're both guys and they do it, too.
