I wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and a concealer-foundation mixture. If I feel adventurous I wear lipstick or gloss, but usually not. (especially now that I tore my lip open >.<)
How much is 'too much' in terms of makeup?

When a girl's skin is a different color than the rest of her body. Nobody likes the color orange on a person.

When a girl doesn't think she's beautiful enough.
The least ammount of makeup is the most attractive.
To me at least.
But I'm not one to speak, if it makes you happy, do what you want.

When you can actually notice the makeup.

I think that girls should wear makeup suited for their age. When I see 13 year old girls wearing tons of makeup...just. no.
Makeup is made for women to make them prettier, but some seem to abuse it, and it becomes form friend to enemy.
I believe that a girl looks ugly with makeup the moment you can actually see that the concealer she uses is not her color or is applied in huge quantity to the point where it looks cheap, when her lids are abused with powerful colors, such as black. I think makeup like raccoon eyes is absolutely hideous. And finally, the lipstick she is using is not her colour.
I always try to reduce the amount of chemicals I put on my facial skin. I use moisturizer cream, a 3 in one primer, concealer and foundation mixture, liquid eyeliner on my lids, white eyeliner on the waterline and mascara.
I think that the best suited makeup for teenagers, during daytime, is the typical liquid eyeliner or some light brown smokey eyes. Something that says "hey, I'm young but sophisticated" not something that shouts " I am desperate for attention".

I rarely wear any makeup but sometimes I work the eyes, depending on my mood and where I'm going.

When you look orange and can see that you're using make up. Personally I don't wear much make up, only eyeliner (although quite a lot) when I'm going out or whatever. Kids that come into school with orange faces and more layers of foundation than I even thought was possible. The only make up I think is attractive on girls is eye make up, the foundation, concealer, bronzer and whatever else they slap on just makes them look like twats.

Basically this. I'm 200000% comfortable going out in public with no makeup. I think I look better with it, but if I don't feel like putting it on, I'm fine with it.
When I do wear it though, it's basically a little bit of eyeliner, light eye shadow, and some mascara. Nothing insane.
