Samsung’s Galaxy S IV, the new smartphone that is being unveiled later this month, can tell when you have read to the bottom of a page and scrolls down automatically.
Samsung’s latest smartphone, the successor to the best-selling Galaxy S III, is being unveiled at an event in New York on March 14.
The new feature will allow the phone to track the movement of your eyes down the screen and then offer you the next paragraph of text without you having to use your fingers to scroll, a Samsung employee told Bloomberg.
It is not known exactly what new technology will be used for the feature.

Technology is making us lazier and lazier. Like seriously, that's basically taking away the need to flip a page in a book. Looks cool, but actually quite unnecessary...Unless you're on handsfree all the time.

The same technology is being developed to put onto computers so that you can interact with it without actually clicking anything.
I am a Tech reviewer and am getting the IV in when it comes out, will definitely share the review here as I'm sure I will talk about the eye-tracking capabilities.

This is interesting, no doubt about it, but I'm skeptical about this.

This "feature" is just software.
An update will be out for the Note2 and S3 soon with it.
As soon as this device comes out, the feature will be available on any rooted android phone with the compatible hardware. All the techy peoples will jump on it.

Unfortunately, features like this aren't very useful, and drain battery.
So it's not something to get hype over.

props to the s3 tho

That's awesome! Now I'm rethinking whether or not I would get the iPhone.
