Anyway a lot of people feel self concious its pretty normal but you can't let it get to you.
Do you have low self esteem?

I often feel this way. You just have to give yourself a little pep talk every so often to remind yourself that not everything everyone says about you is negative.

That sometimes happens to me, but it's usually not you who they'd be laughing at, it can be anyone. Try to ignore them, and if the problem still continues, be like "stop laughing, it's rude." or something like that. Like I told you before, don't care what people say or do to you, because sometimes they're only doing it to make you feel bad.

That happens to me all the time. I get so paranoid when people laugh or snicker around me, but I agree with chay_c92 and carole. You just have to tell yourself "It has nothing to do with me." Odds are it probably doesn't.

Yeah I feel uber-self-concious too. Ignore it.

I got suspended for nearly killing someone b/c I thought they were talking about me (and I had had a really bad day and had a killer migraine [I had thought his laughter was directed towards me, as he was pointing in my direction and laughing along with his friends, but in the end it turned out he was laughing at something else]), so yeah, I'd say its normal, especially when your stressed out.. A low self-esteem could have to do with that, but I doubt it.. Some people just feel that way, and you notice it more when you're under stress or if you had a bad day (having a headache/migraine can also make you more aware of everything around you and people laughing could begin to bother you and you could begin to feel uncomfortable [that happens to me sometimes])

There is nothing wrong with you.. It is good to be a little self concious
But if your thinking all the time how do you look, act etc.. And is he/she laughing at me?
Well then its obviously a problem, I know how it feels and it feels like shit..
But you just have to be strong and reinstate some common sense to your mind..
If you get any ''attacks'' i.e you get extremely worried belive everyone is looking/laughing etc at you.. And the feeling is overwhelming then tell us..
Otherwise it should be fine and you just have to learn to controll it to a degree that it wont bother you

Sometimes people talk about me. Normally, other people would be concerned about it but in reality, I don't care. I know who I am and words don't hurt.

but how do you define a "loser" someone who doesn't have that many friends? someone who isn't the most popular person at school? No, so before you call yourself a loser tell me this. what is a "loser"?
