Agreed. Don't try and go off of the "big hands=big dick" thing. Same for feet. I have tiny feet and I'm a bit above normal. I hate to say it, but from what very little experience I have had with race being a contributing factor seems somewhat true. Otherwise I'd say keep a sneaky eye out in gym. :3

Tbh, I go off how far they look into puberty, probably isn't accurate but like, the ones with the squeaky voices and no facial hair or body hair I think small, and the tall deep voiced hairy ones I think atleast a certain size.
