for some reason, my left ball occasionally starts hurting. When i was in fifth grade, it was REALLY bad, it would occasionally feel like it was on fire and would swell up to three times its original size. The only people that know about this is a couple friends from camp who told the counceler because they were worried, and the councelor told my parents. I told my dad taht it didn't bother me anymore, but thats not nessisarily true. I know that its potentially bad, but im too embarrassed to step forward. What should i do?:confused::confused:

you should arrange an appointment with the doctor as soon as you can, if you'tr parents ask why you could say 'it's private' they should get the hint and not ask too many questions, and you should have 100% faith in you're doctor as he/she cannot tell anyone wothout you're permission, he/she may suggest telling you're parents if it is as serious as it sounds. good luck

Listen, forget the shyness, tell your dad, see the doc. If you're not exaggerating about the testicle swelling to 3x it's normal size, you could have twisted it around it's cord, which is potentially pretty serious. If it's still swollen, or it still hurts, just tell your dad.

you should go see a doctor. would you rather be shy or have your left ball taken off. it might be serious but it might not be but just in case go see one

I know it must be embarrassing talking about these things so far in life I've never had to go to the doctors for something embarrassing.
I reckon you should tell your dad about it or a doctor since it could mean a few things.
Also I would feel your balls for any odd lumps, because if you do you MAY (I say may cause theres a chance it might not be) have testicular cancer but dont worry if its caught early its easily treated.
or
It could just be a random pain which your doctor can diagnose since im no doctor :P

Look, swallow your pride and go to your GP. If it's been going on for a few years then it is of medical importance. So go asap!
