yep like the other guys said, it will turn less transparent the older you get, everybody's semen starts out clear. but you are definitely already making sperm, you are just not producing it at max capacity yet. actually when your semen gets whiter you will notice that it is made of two different liquid, if you let it sit for a minute a thin clear liquid will start seperating from the thicker whiter stuff, cuz the clear stuff kinda helps protect the sperm when it first leaves you just in case it actually ends up where nature intended it.
