Don't want dad to see me naked

An I normal I'm a 14 year old male and I don't want my dad to se me in the buff I don't know why us thus normal how can I get over it

Guess it's normal and it doesn't hurt if you don't want him to.
Although I don't mind my dad seeing me naked. We go to the gym together with my older brother and to the sauna afterwards. So it's no biggie to me.

I don't mind if my friends see me naked. I would mind if anyone in my family saw me naked. I have nothing to be ashamed about (which is why I don't mind my friends seeing me naked) but if my dad saw me naked it would be really awkward.

I think by the time most folks get into puberty they don't want their parents to see them naked, and your feelings are just like anyone else. There is nothing to change about how your feel, and I would not worry if you don't want to be naked around your family. It is not like you stopped loving your father because you are not as open, but you are just becoming an adult and are becoming self conscious about your body.

Now if your dad is forcing you to be naked around him, then that's a different story which is a problem. I am guessing that is not what's going on here, but if it is, then you have the right to your privacy.

This is very common. A lot of teenagers just feel awkward being naked around their parents, because they're our parents. It's weird. If any situation comes up where you are your dad perhaps have to change together, just explain to him that you'd rather go in separately because it makes you uncomfortable. Hopefully, he'll understand.

well practically i really wouldnt know how you feel ive lived with my mom and stepdad and it would be uncomfortable to me for my dad to see me naked because we dont live in the same house but its a normal of parents seeing you naked hes your dad he's not gonna feel any how about cuz your his son or even god knows he feels the same way as you.. :)

If you don't want them to see you, minimise the amount of time you're naked.

Or, try and get comfortable with your body. If you are comfortable with your form, what's there to hide?

It's perfectly normal not to want people, especially your parents, to see you naked. Personally, I don't like anyone but my boyfriend to see me naked, though I never minded locker rooms.

You live in Germany. That could definitely contribute to your being "at ease" while nude around others, correct?

That being said, I feel uncomfortable being nude around pretty much everybody but my cats. I'm thinking of going to a naturist camp in the summer though. Yes, I'd say it's normal to feel that way.
